The Process

At the Sox Factory we like to keep things simple. We have an easy process to get your socks to you in no time. This is one of our core values to promote quick and efficient service to all our clients.

Brief

Please send us your wildest (sock) dreams and we’ll make them come true. Please include fonts, colours, logos, patterns, Pantone values, and any other inspiration images you have. The more info supplied, the better the results.

Select a size breakdown

For socks, you can choose any size split within the minimum order quantity. For sizing we suggest: Small for kids, Medium for ladies and Large or X-Large for gents. This does overlap sometimes, but is a great rule of thumb.

To round off your order, you’ll need to choose a label. There are both standard and custom packaging options available.

3D Rendering

Each client will receive at least 3 free renderings based on the logos, patterns, brief etc. sent. This is where we can make changes and adjustments so they are just right.

In-House Sample Images

Sample images will represent the final product. This is also where we will make the adjustments to get the socks just right.

Packing

Your socks are fresh out of the oven and the final finishing touches are added. This is from quality checks, then your header card is applied and sent off to dispatch.

Your order is being packed and handed over to the courier.
