Yes, we do! In fact, custom socks are the heart of The Sox Factory. Our team will guide you step-by-step from design to delivery.
Myth 2: “Custom socks only come in one size.”
Wrong! We offer full sizing: from Small that is for smaller kids, Medium, Large and X-Large for giants. Plus, you can mix sizes in your order for the perfect fit.
Myth 3: “You have to order thousands of pairs.”
Not true. Our minimum order is just 30 pairs, but if you need thousands, we’ve got you covered.
Myth 4: “Custom socks take forever to make.”
Nope! Your order can be ready in as little as 1–2 weeks (depending on quantity). Need them sooner? Talk to us and we’ll make a plan.

How do I design my own custom socks?
Easy peasy! Tell our Sox Factory designers exactly what you need – whether it’s your company logo, sports team’s emblem or groomsmens socks. We’ll create 3 free custom sock mockups for you to choose from, with unlimited edits until you’re happy.
Can I design my own custom sock?
While we love your enthusiasm, we’ve learned that DIY sock designs sometimes lead to… unexpected results.
There are a few secret ‘rules’ we follow to get the absolute best outcome. We encourage you to send us a detailed design brief, and we can even send you a printable mock-up to doodle on.

What's the difference between a vector and a high-res image for custom sock designs?
Great question! For the best quality custom printed socks, we always prefer a vector logo/image (think AI, EPS, PDF, SVG files).
These files aren’t compressed into pixels, so they won’t get blurry when we scale them up or down. High-resolution images (like JPEGs, TIFFs, or PNGs) are rasterized and can pixelate when edited.
BUT honestly, don’t sweat the technical stuff – that’s what we’re here for! Just send us what you have, and we’ll sort it out. We’re like really good at making custom socks.
Are there design limitations for custom socks?
Just a few tiny ones! The heel and toe will always be black. Fine patterns, super thin lines, tiny logos, and low-contrast colours can sometimes be tricky.
But don’t worry, when you send us your design brief, we’ll let you know any potential limitations and, more importantly, how we can creatively overcome them to ensure your custom socks look absolutely fantastic!

How does the pricing work?
There is a once off setup fee for each design, and your unit price will be determined by the sum total of your order.
This gives you the freedom of ordering more variety and designs and sizes, and get the benefit of ordering more for a lower cost.
How long does it take to create custom socks?
We’re speedy sock makers! Depending on your order’s quantity, your custom socks can be delivered as quickly as 1-2 weeks from order confirmation.

Absolutely! Since 2020, we’ve expanded to Sweden, the Middle East, Belgium, and beyond. We ship our high-quality custom socks globally from South Africa, always with the same top-notch service and quality.
