From July 1st, 2023, we will be adjusting our prices to reflect the changing global economic landscape. This decision was not taken lightly but is necessary for our sustainability and commitment to delivering the quality that you’ve come to expect from us.

Since our last price increase in 2018, we’ve navigated a myriad of challenges to maintain our prices. We’ve optimised our operations, focused on increasing volumes, and relied heavily on imported raw materials to stay competitive, despite the rise in the prices of local products. However, significant shifts in the economic landscape over the past five years have created new challenges.

The South African Rand has depreciated against the US Dollar, leading to increased costs for our imported raw materials. Global shipping costs have also surged significantly, and South Africa’s prime lending rate, which directly impacts our financing costs for machinery, has risen.

To navigate these challenges, invest in higher-quality materials, and expand our research and development efforts, we’re implementing a 5% price increase across our products. This step will ensure that we can continue to provide the superior quality and service you expect from Sox Factory.

But here’s the good news. Until June 30th, 2023, you can still make purchases at the current prices. If you’ve been considering placing an order or restocking, now is the perfect time.
